I joined Slimming World 3 years ago. My original plan was to join for 3 months to give myself a boost for Christmas and then I would go it alone. However I enjoyed it so much that I have not only stayed for 3 years, but I am continuing in group as it is so much fun. Only now I get to help lots of lovely people too with my very own group. I have lost over 2 stone and I’m continuing my weight loss journey further.
I love the fact that I can live my life normally, still enjoy the food I love and be able to eat out without having to panic and worry about weighing and measuring everything!
My group have been a huge support to me always encouraging and inspiring me and picking me up when I feel a bit down with my results on the scales. I have made some amazing friends as well as finding a fantastic new career.
One thing is for sure the minute you walk through that door you have made a commitment to yourself to make your dreams come true.
I can't wait to embark on this new journey and look forward to greeting you on night one and holding your hand every step of the way.
